John 11:25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;
Jesus said I am the resurrection and life, that is, Jesus is the source of life. He can give life and he can resurrect the dead. After Lord Jesus was crucified on the cross, he was resurrected three days later and then ascended to heaven. He will come again.
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)
When the Lord Jesus returns, those who have died in the Lord will be resurrected first, that is, those who have believed in the Lord will be resurrected first, and then those of us who are alive and still on the earth will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air and will be with the Lord forever.
in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.(1 Corinthians 15:52)
It is also mentioned here that when Lord Jesus comes again, when the trumpet sounds, the dead will be resurrected, and there will be a new body after the resurrection, an imperishable body like that of Lord Jesus, and our body will also be changed too to an imperishable glorious body.
In the Bible, Lord Jesus healed the sick and casted out demons all the time, and raised several people from the dead. I have also read and watched testimonies of the resurrection of the dead through prayer.
When a believer is baptized, he receives the Holy Spirit and experiences the power of resurrection. When we are baptized, we buried with Christ and raised with Christ. This new life is an abundant life, a resurrected life that we can experience now.
May God bless you and your family.🙏😊
